Policies & Procedures

A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. For monthly contracts, a deposit equivalent to half a month's rent is required upfront. For yearly contracts, a deposit equivalent to one full month's rent is required. An early termination penalty applies for yearly contracts if the resident wishes to leave before the contract ends. Housekeeping is available once a week for QAR 300 per month. Pets are welcome on the property. Free parking is available for all residents. Mail and packages can be received at the property address. Reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The management reserves the right to modify rates during peak seasons and major events.
