In short: a monthly hotel apartment in Doha is a furnished unit that works from day one, separate living room, full private kitchen, with electricity, water, high-speed WiFi, laundry and scheduled housekeeping inside one agreement. No annual lease, no utility account in your name. And the longer you stay, the deeper the discount.
The living room is part of the monthly agreement, one contract, no annual lease and no utility account in your name.

New job in Doha, a three-month project, or somewhere to live while you hunt for permanent housing? In all three cases a monthly hotel apartment in Doha usually saves the most time and money. It is not a bedroom with a bathroom attached, nor an empty flat needing furniture, a lease and a month of setting up.
The difficulty is the word "rate". One looks low until electricity, internet, cleaning and laundry land on top; another looks higher but is the whole bill. This guide sets out what is covered at Abraj INN Suites and our other properties, and how to work out your real cost.
A hotel room is designed for two or three nights: bed, bathroom, wardrobe, small desk. If that is your trip, our guide to the best luxury hotels in Doha serves you better. After a fortnight the seams show: every meal bought outside, every shirt laundered by the piece, nowhere to sit but the bed.
A hotel apartment assumes you will live there. You get a separate living room to work, relax and host in, and a full private kitchen, hob, oven, fridge, sink, storage, so you cook instead of eating out nightly. A small home with hotel services behind it: 24-hour reception, scheduled housekeeping, maintenance you never arrange.
The second difference is administrative, and matters more than people expect: no twelve-month lease, no post-dated cheques, no utility account. You arrive with your bags and live. The full list is on our facilities page.
Here is the confirmed list of what sits inside the rate, with nothing added at the end of the month:
Here the bedroom is only for sleeping, the living room and kitchen are rooms of their own, which is what makes a stay past a fortnight work.

The clearest comparison puts the cost lines side by side, not the amounts, the lines themselves. What inflates a housing budget is rarely the rate; it is everything gathering around it:
| Cost line | Empty flat you rent | Monthly hotel apartment at Abraj INN |
|---|---|---|
| Furniture and appliances | You buy or hire them | Included, ready on day one |
| Contract and paperwork | Annual lease plus formalities | Flexible stay agreement for the length you need |
| Electricity and water | Kahramaa account in your name, monthly bills | Included |
| Internet | Separate subscription and install appointment | High-speed WiFi included |
| Cleaning | You arrange it and pay for it | Scheduled, daily or weekly |
| Laundry | External service, priced per item | Included |
| Parking | Usually a separate line | Included |
| Maintenance and reception | You find a technician yourself | 24-hour reception and in-house maintenance |
| Flexibility if plans change | Locked to the lease | Extend or end according to your stay |
The right question, then, is not "what is the rate?" but "how many separate bills am I signing up for this month?"
Our long-stay discounts are deliberately simple: the longer you commit, the deeper the discount.
| Length of stay | Discount |
|---|---|
| One week | 5% weekly |
| One month | 10% monthly |
| Three months | 18% for three months |
| One year | 25% for a year, with free parking |
Notice the jump between one month and three: if you expect to be here longer than a month, booking your true length from the start beats rolling over monthly. Current availability sits on our offers page.
Power, water, central air conditioning and WiFi all sit inside the monthly rate, nothing is added to a bill at the end of the month.
1. Write down your true length of stay, not your cautious one. Most people book a fortnight knowing privately they will stay two months, the most expensive choice, because it forfeits a whole rung of the ladder.
2. Add up every line of your current or alternative housing. Not just rent: electricity and water, internet, cleaning, laundry, parking, furniture if the flat is empty. Set it against the table above and watch the lines disappear.
3. Apply the right tier. 5% weekly, 10% monthly, 18% for three months, 25% for a year, with free parking, the rung that matches the honest length from step one.
4. Cost what surrounds the apartment. Location drives daily spend: distance from work, how close a Doha Metro station is, how long the morning commute runs. Cheaper and further out can quietly cost more. Still choosing an area?
